Black & Markie are committed to access to justice, and are registered with the Scottish Legal Aid Board to provide Legal Aid services. If you are not entitled to Legal Aid, we offer services on both a fixed fee and hourly basis. If you would like to discuss whether or not you qualify for Legal Aid, or to enquire about our private fees, please do not hesitate to contact us. We understand that everyone's financial circumstances are different, and can tailor payment structures to you.
